I just posted this on the other thread but it is probably just a way for the feds to collect on those who are basically rebels.

No doubt, but we still need to watch Texas. After all it was the governor who talked about this topic in 2009. Kind of wonder what his standing is at this point. Far as I know no other governors have said anything like this though.
