went to a gun show here in town this morning and tried to buy a Bushmaster AR 5.56 and was told by the dealer that my background check had been delayed for further investigation.
I have no criminal record or anything in my past that would stop me from buying another gun. has this happened to anyone else lately?
Quoting: TDJ Had the same thing happen to me. I was told by the dealer that 90% of the people that this happens to are Vets. That pisses me off, I'm not a Vet but those guys and gals know how to handle a firearm. And that's why they've reached the top of the "potential terrorist" list.
