I don't think so. The republican party sacrificed themselves so that Ron Paul would not win, which he would have had he been nominated. The republican party was sacrificed to keep in the status quo. Whether it was Romney or Obama was irrelevant.

but, the fact is that nbc invested money in making a show to air after the election showing a bumbling pasty white gilCHRIST president (who happens to even look like romney) and his preppy kids (skip? really?) and his blonde barbie wife. and the fact is that the media is controlled by tptb, different factions likely controlling different outlets. it seems to me that nbc was invested in and counting on a romney win. kind of like investing in airline stocks before 9/11. or goldman sachs moving offices out of tokyo the day before the big earthquake. and many other instances.
