Hey, Lord Michael, how is it going today?

I am bummed. I have to go to my doc tomorrow, and I do not like the guy. Some docs have a good bedside manner, and some are pathetic in the way they deal with the spirit of a human being.

The spirit comes first, as I see it...then the body is next.

I just want to thank u for all u have done for me. It has meant alot to me.

U know words mean alot in this world, but it is really actions that speak loudest, in my humble opinion.

I am really enjoying the threads...I know how hard u have worked on them. I don't know if I would have that kind of dedication or not.

I will be so glad when this earth cycle has finished, and I can go home and see Brent.

I told u Lucy fell down the stairs...she seems to be doing ok though, thank heavens.

I hate a bowl of tuna today, my fav, and I asked myself if it was ok to eat it. It seems so much is toxic on our planet now...sad.
