You'd be surprised. Loads for skeet/trap produce much less recoil than hunting loads. And if they are run in an auto-loading shotgun, the recoil is diminished even more.

Between the (3) of them and the 300 rounds, I doubt any of them are sore unless they are of small stature or have poor shooting form.
