WTF is going on??? My Lilac bushes are blooming again??

My Azaleas have been.doing the same for almost the whole year

Crazy! I live in the Rochester area, an area know for its yearly Lilac Festival, and I haven't seen any of the bushes re-blooming

Oh i poured wc duck between the tiles outside and it has a tick moss layer again.

Something is definitely off. I've lived here my whole life and they bloom in early spring NOT late fall.

But sure as shit, there's a bunch of new purple flowers coming in at the top.

What's weird to see is that it's fall and the leaves are dying on the bush and falling off and new flowers blooming at the same time.

Well its snowing at my place and my lilac has been out of bloom for quite some time. I def know what season it is here.

I am definitely LOOKING UP for the return of Jesus Christ. My neighbor's forsythia is blooming, I have a pear tree blooming and my tomato plants are still producing even those we had snow from that last Nor'Easter here in Western North Carolina and I didn't even cover the suckers up! CRAZY DAYS!

It happens. Plants get confused when the weather changes in the fall, it reminds them of winter.

It would be an idea to keep an eye on them. If they stay in bloom and a hard frost hits, the plants could suffer or even die.

it's natural, bass spawn in the spring but every year a few will do so again in the fall.

but I will admit I have been noticing the plants do so more often than when I was a kid. It will probably continue as the planet warms naturally as the ice caps won't reflect back the heat from the sun and the planet warms - i was made for the tropics and eden sounds good to me!

Yeah, my lilly just bloomed and I was quite surprised.

I have two tomato plants that were over. I stopped watering them and they looked dead in the large pot I had them in.

Then it started raining and now they're back full and lush, blossoms on them, and fruit forming. It's been below freezing and they still doing fine.

I look at them and wonder what's up.

All the medicinal growers in cali were complaining that there plants were coming out of bloom and revegging. Strange it is a plant that blooms due to sunlight hours. Nothing was ripening all the way no amber.

Saw Cottonwood fly by today, have never seen it flying this time of year. Allergies acting up too.

in terms of available light from the sun, it's much as it is in spring.... some plants get a little confused with the warm days and cool nights and available length of sunlight, think it IS spring and put forth a bloom or two
