I hear that a lot of people with psychopathic tendency experience very sharp olfactory identification. It isn't that they have a much keener sense of smell, of course, but rather that they dwell on those factors, picking out much more information, in an OCD like fashion.

Of course, there are key indicators for narcissism in your post, if you aren't simply role playing.

The identification of yourself as "good" and another as the prime "evil" in the world, showing a sense of duality with yourself near or at the top is telling.

Also the idea that you "forced" to teach a kindergarten class, which is ridiculous. The teacher was capable of going over the ABC's with the other kids, it isn't hard and they do have tests to make certain of such things. That would mean, if the story is true, that you merely believed (and appear to still think it's true...) that you were more capable of teaching others than a train professional.

You also have laid claim to superior knowledge of the world, but seem to have mistaken sensory acuity for intelligence.

It would be similar to me claiming that, since I'm one of the two percent of people that can see into the infra red and ultra violet spectrum, this somehow means I have greater than average intelligence i that way, instead of an extra set of cones in my eyes.

As to the ability to speak with God...

Since you can't actually demonstrate this as a real thing, it has no value over the idea of having an imaginary friend. Lot's of kids chat with their imaginary friends...

It doesn't mean your superman, just that you have a good imagination.

So, what we would need, if you care to do more than just go one about things that are unproven, is some evidence of superior functioning.

Tell us a few things we don't know, that are provable. Perhaps get god to share some information about what will happen in the near future that isn't apparent to the rest of us?

Show some of that superior knowledge of the world with us, instead of merely stating that you have it?

I'll be interested in seeing what you have to say. The most likely response would be something to the affect that you have nothing to prove. Let's skip that one. You wouldn't have come here and made claims if you weren't willing to back them up, not with an intellect like your claiming.

For those reading along at home, this might well make this person very angry, since challenging a narcissist with the idea that they might not be perfect tends to do that.
