Lets talk about the elect and the remnants of the King James Version of the Bible.

And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. Mark 13:20

for false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. Mark 13:22

ELECTS CANNOT BE SEDUCED/DECEIVED.


And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of the heaven. Mark 13:27

This is interesting. There will be elects from heaven and earth.

So this begs the question. Does the elects from heaven are within the 7.000 count? Is that 7.000 count applied only to that specific moment when he choses them/more of them?

And shall not God avenge his own elect, wich cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? Luke 18:7

Some elect will die and maybe have died already, and will die at different time periods, earlier than the end.


At Romans 9:33 to 9:39
It gets clear that the elect are counted as sheep for the slaughter: But no tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, sword, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, wich is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Here you can understand that the gift God bestowed upon the elect is nothing short of great.
These people are shielded.
These people are bestowed with understanding and discernment.
These people can spot the Truth and the Lies.
They are not like feathers on the wind. Not like water in a teacup, but like ROCKS.
They do not get moved.
They do not change.

Colossians 3:12-13
Here is described the characteristics expected from one elect. The elect has Christ-like humbleness, kindness.
"Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering: forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

You can see its not about buying guns and ammo and wanting revenge for whatever happened, no matter what. Or storing food for itself.
Its quite the opposite.

Also, in more than one passage on the Bible, its clear that after believing in Jesus Christ death as atonement for our sins (wich is about the whole package. If you do those things, then you believe in him. If you dont do, then it means you dont really believe in him)
then the top traits are Love and Charity.

If you have a bread and someone is hungry, give them the bread.
Love is the main thing, treat everyone like Christ would treat them. Just remember all the Jesus examples.

They are there to teach what is the way.

There is in all the Bible a direct correlation in everything we do, speak and think. We will be judged for it.
If we do, speak and think good things, then we get a good score. If we do, speak and think bad things, then we get a bad score. Sort of like this. :D
And this is all regardless of what happens to us, or what others do, or what others do to us.

See? The judgement and revenge belongs to God. Before as quoted above, we are sheep for the slaughter, just like Jesus Christ died, we are supposed to die for him.

Its beautifull. While non believers will think "No way I would accept anything done unto me, or my family." But then again, some of these people would die for their friends, and family. Thats the same with holding your ground for Jesus Christ, your faith, what you believe is the truth, the way to be, the way things should be and you will not step to the right or left of it.

Be glad for what you consider positive in your life, keep on the line, not high minded, not proud, not arrogant, but humble and glad for the "gifts" you got. Make use of them. Pray that you be guided, shielded and protected from evil, from iniquity, from sin.
