North Carolina Petition To Secede from union

I'm bettin' on failure but good riddance if they can pull it off.

Does that mean all flights into NC would become international? I guess we'd have to get passports to drive up and down II95 (Interstate/International). Wonder how long it would take for the exchange rate to vary enough to create financial winners and losers.

If they DO fail, could a person file a Federal petition to kick them out?
