Bloomberg starving thousands of people....Liberal zealotry or progressive Eugenics?

At best, horrible timing at a time when people most desperately need assistance. Regardless, it is an ideology full of short-sightedness in pursuit of a lofty goal (IE...better nutrition, but at a cost of starvation now.) I think it is much more sinister than that however. More along the lines of a believer in eugenics making a direct sanction(economical attack) against those deemed unworthy by him and his ilk.
