Yeah I heard Ahmadinejad had a similar turnout in some Iranian towns. I expect Putin and Chavez fared similarly. Voting irregularities are quite common in dictatorships.

Should be easy enough to prove fraud. All it would take is for one person in those districts that voted for Romney to come forward and prove it.

The statisticians cried foul, loudly, over Bush's win in Ohio in 2004. I read the statistical analysis and as a PH.D with lots of stats training, I could follow the logic....and it was horrifyingly conclusive that Bush had cheated, or had been cheated on behalf of. Not saying that two wrongs make a right, but a little history is instructive.

Actually the funny thing about fraud and coverup and, dare I say, conspiracy, is that by conspiring in secret the wrongdoers do quite effectively insulate themselves from discovery as long as everyone involved has dirty hands. In fact, all that's really necessary to dispel most accusations of conspiracy is for one shill to point one finger back and say it's ludicrous that the government could ever pull off anything as elaborate as that when they're all so inept; I mean, just look at the post office, etc... It's all very easy when you're already in a position to act behind closed doors to actually get away with it later.

If there was fraud, we will never know about it, and if we DID know, it wouldn't matter. Nothing would be done.

I had a look at the official county results and they do show a few places in Cleveland going approx 500-0 to Obama..

What were the results for past elections in those places?

It's called karma, Ohio was the state that flipped most of the votes from Gore to Bush. Plus the GOP is the most corrupt in that state.
