The announcement planned to announce the announcement has been pushed back to 9:03pm announcement!

This was because, it was announced, that too many American's were still at work and already missed the announcement announcing the 6:03pm announcement!

So they announced that the announcement will be announced at 9:03pm when they were announced that more American's will be at home and able to watch announcements on their TV's!
