Conspiracy Theories for Deadly Blast That Damaged 80 Homes Today??

no "conspiracy" per se. some idiot "patriot" had his stash of unstable explosives cook off. i heard (secondhand) that there was a report the house that exploded was unoccupied with no electrical service turned on. that kind of eliminates any ignition source for a gas explosion (aside from the fact that the signature of the explosion indicates high explosives, not fuel-air). i'd estimate it at about 150 lbs, probably poorly cooked primary explosives. the house was blown to kindling, a gas explosion will just heave it apart at its weakest points leaving large sections of wall, roof, etc intact.

The experts will figure out exactly what happened eventually. I just hope it's not a space weapon.
