she most definitely has the background and credentials to be one.

shes goes from small time lifer, married to a radiologist...to sleeping with a general who is running the wars.

i tangled with the possibility that she could have been sent in specifically to disrupt patraeus (a weakness with women would have been recorded extensively through psychological records). But that just doesnt seem plausible or make much impact.

instead, it might be perfectly appropriate to maybe suggest that she was planted from the beginning as an insurance policy. for a time, when patraeus really needed a fast exit strategy.

just the media keeps plastering these images, photo ops of the 2 of them. seems like planted bullshit. i mean the relationship could have been real, but all this background story could have been planted, as i suggest as an insurance plan.

Early life and educationBroadwell grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, and attended Century High School, where she was homecoming queen and valedictorian of the class of 1991.[8]

Broadwell graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1995. She earned a master's degree from the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies in 2006.[9][10] She earned a Master of Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.[11] She later entered the Ph.D. program at Department of War Studies at King's College London.[12]

CareerShe served in the United States Army and the United States Army Reserve. She was promoted to lieutenant colonel in the Reserves in August 2012.[13]

She was Deputy Director of the Jebsen Center for Counter-Terrorism Studies at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.[3] She also worked with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.[3]
