Strange Radar Signals Over Point Conception California This Evening

This is another view of "the anomaly"

Maybe rain? Idk but may be a big patch of good weed!

No clue but very interesting.

To get the silliness out of me: Maybe someone farted a little too hard.

The only two thoughts I have of what it could be are radiation clouds (but we'd see that in a generallized movement across the state as a wave...right?) or an earthquake precursor of some sort. Not sure since I'm not deep into that knowledge. Interesting either way it goes though.
