Bend down, pick up 6 in each hand and lift them over your head and hang each one in a shackle. Eight hours per day, 5-6 days per week. Tyson Foods and Pilgrim are big chicken processors. Every day they make about $100 usd. |

Shearing a sheep requires a person to work in temperatures varying between -10*C to 60*C (inside some sheds). As well as dragging sheep weighing between 50-150kgs (ave 70-80kgs). Also working long distances away from home for months on end (as when Aussies/Kiwis come to Germany/UK to shear). Just some examples. oh heaven forbid they work in both hot and cold temps. I do everything you just described, except shearing shep and I do it getting paid like 70 bucks a day....I have no sympathy if the money they make is what an above poster said.....none at allll... |

wisc_natureboy User ID: 35183888 United States 03/02/2013 07:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Surely shearing is a tough job. Toughest, most physically demanding job I ever worked was unloading 50 kilo burlap sacks of coffee beans from semi-truck trailers. I didn't bring gloves on the first day. My knuckles were bleeding by 10AM. Sorry if you got some of those blood stained beans. We all breathe the same air. .-.. --- ...- . / .- .-.. .-.. |

And even in NZ finger tips can bleed as the sand erodes them. |

tallrasha User ID: 56014815 Czechia 03/23/2014 07:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | trust me that sheep doesn't know how to use a toilet before you shear it! So, that animal uses you like a toilet, and if you are lucky it kicks you, piss on you or it has some nice stuff in fleece. Not only excrements, also thorns which pierce your skin with that shit. |
