They were close about a year ago but were using a round object instead.


This is also openly funded by the pentagon.

Carbon nano tubes are the key.

Acutely it was developed in 2006, but they still had a lot of issues. They still do have a lot of work to do, the cloak is still directional.

But they finally learned to elevate the distortions 100% from the viewing side and that what is new with this news.
