Is it just a general marketing pamphlet, or...? They want you to buy as it is just another way to fleece you. They give you a shocking exchange rate, then straight away sell it at a better rate on the open market. They do the same when you want to convert back to another denomination. |

It's a bargain right now compared to gold. Get the ACTUAL coins to...don't accept an 'IOU' that says you now own silver. DO NOT BUY FIAT unless you really like throwing your money into a burning fire. ALL of these FIAT's are about to crash & burn, I don't care what these 'Keynesian' idiot economists say. They are trying to drag the entire world down with them. As the above poster noted 'Junk Silver' a.k.a. coins that are not 'fresh from the mint' are the best bargain Last Edited by mrclean on 11/12/2012 08:43 AM mrclean |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 6630717 Canada 11/12/2012 08:43 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sounds to me like they were just letting you know that you can buy foreign currency through them, rather than a foreign exchange kiosk or something. Maybe they just added this service and are letting customers know. In the OP you say that the letter states you "could" purchase it. If you have no need for foreign currency then you wouldn't buy any. Seems pretty self explanatory to me. |

What is about to happen to the dollar maybe is what weshould be thinking? When the dollar is going to collapse, you can bet your bank won't be sending letters out to warn their customers beforehand. |

There are quadrillions of dollars sloshing around the world. A 20 dollar gold piece costs at the very least $1800 dollars. People screaming hyperinflation are idiots. It already had occurred over a 100 year period and will continue at the same slow pace. |
