Spain suspends house evictions for two years
Quoting: Anonymous Netherlands Doesn't that create incentives for people to simply stop paying their mortgage? They know they can't get evicted for the next two years... Typical german comment! Why would you have sympathies with people who take such risks in their life? Taking on a big mortgage is no different than speculating on the derivatives market. You assume you can pay it all back one day... That's gambling...
