ONE PROBLEM with natural gas explosions... natural gas is lighter than air so it naturally rises and it does not hand around the ground level.
Propane will hang around ground level and is heavier than air. That looked like a nice area in a city that wouldn't have propane.
Quoting: TDJ people made several links showing neighborhood all electric. even utilities people and neighbors were on that facebook page saying this. so then it went to gas fireplace.
