This thread reminds me of an apartment complex near me. The owners were given a choice,clear the land or put up a six foot wrought iron fence with a spiked top around the whole complex because of the high number of police calls. The fence went up and the tenants complained because it was like a prison with only four gated access points. The number of police calls dropped by 80%. Now the tenants love the security of living there.
