im sure there are some crackheads who are chesters. same way there are crackheads who are republicans, or catholic, or born again fucktards, or just about every other subset of humanity. of course, there are also chesters from every one of those subsets as well. but i seriously doubt you will find any evidence that there is a direct correlation between those compulsions. chesters tend to shy away from anything that might taint their reputation, so they can "fly under the radar". their "jones" is their twisted desire for kids.

Many family members who have done enough drugs to see people make horrible decisions when on em .. maybe not pedophilia .. but doing aweful things to people for drugs .. that they wouldn't have done if off of them .. or have done since they were off of them ..
