Was in a local bank a few weeks ago and overheard a convo by 2 employees trying to figure out where to get $3000 for a withdrawal. They were working hard on it, but were obviously having trouble coming up with it.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27220429 I took a cd out a year or so ago. It took them almost a week to get my money in hand. Then instead of bringing me to a private area, the teller stood and counted it out at the counter. I took $9000 out last January before going sailing off St Martin. They counted that at the counter.
