I've been with Verizon for 20 yrs. and this is the first time I can't make a call without constant dropouts in my area (Maryland). I heard that cellular towers were damaged in NJ & NY, but what's up in Md?  |

It drops calls where it has never done it before and doesn't drop the call where it used to in the past. We can't text out half of the time, or you can, but it says it's failed but the other end still receives it. Then you can send a text and the other end won't get it for days! It's VERY IRRITATING! & we are seriously thinking about switching providers. We are in Iowa by the way.  |

It said "careful with your comments about Verizon. We're watching you". A worried employee, or something more ominous? |
