Sometimes when I'm sitting around, I suddenly hear a high pitch kind of creaking/whining sound coming from the back of my neck. There's a bit of a weird sensation with it. Not painful, just maybe a mild discomfort. Has anyone else ever had this? I'm not really sure how to accurately describe it.
