I believe his family gave it away in the beginning not to mention I think the part where they left a note for him from his family was stupid and too obvious. Why would his family be there and a bit coincidental that he ends up there too. I watched the first one and just stopped watching the second because I think they made it too much about him and too obvious.

Also, the part when the army ask is he so and so just seems too obvious. Why would the army ask that question when if that situation was a reality, there would be hundreds of thousands of people missing and that would be the last of the military's concern's. Maybe I am too analytical but I couldn't continue watching because I just had a sneaking suspicion that he was just playing up to the camera and the roles he was being assigned to.
