They are not the problem, except for (1) jobs they take from Americans and (2) anchor babies they may have. Now with Obamacare there's a third problem: we have to pay insurance premiums that cover them as well, as I understand it. The problem is worse with the politically active hispanics who have legal status. They are the ones who went overwhelmingly for Obama in the election. So this "fire a Democrat" trend will result in relatively more hispanic unemployment among those with legal status, while probably leaving the under-the-table illegals untouched. |
