At this instant, the axis of the Moon's shadow passes closest to Earth's centre. The maximum duration of totality is 4 minutes 2 seconds. 22:11:48 UT tomorrow I guess, would be when the moon is closest to earth's center, if someone could do the math for the time pacific I'd be grateful. Looks like it is going to be 2 11, 48 secs PM, pacific time, tomorrow on the 13th for us pacific time, when the moon is closest to earth's center.
