I only read the first two posts, but I have to say that ten years ago I picked up their sale flyer and it was Christmas time, they had much Christmas merchandise advertised such as artificial trees, decorations, gift wrap, toys etc. and the word "Christmas" did not appear once in the entire ad, they called Christmas trees "Holiday Trees" and the whole thing turned me off so much I really haven't wanted to give them my money ever since.

The web site VDare.com has a yearly "War on Christmas" competition with news stories about kids getting kicked out of school for mentioning Christmas, companies threatening their employees if they use the word, etc. I used to read it every year but it made me so angry I had to stop.

Yup. I post on facebook a petition for the target workers to have Thanksgiving off with their families. Target wants to be open for the almighty dollar with a pre -Black Friday start. That is ok if they want to work, I guess.. But they forbid anyone to ask off to be with family a few hours. All have to work. No exceptions.

I do not shop Target. The place gives me the creeps. K Mart too. But I do darken the door on occasion.

Christmas isn't a Christian holiday. It is a pagan holiday in honor of the demon god Mithras. And there never was a Nativity scene. There were no wise men at the manger. Only shepherds. The astrologers didn't show up until Jesus was a young child living in a house. The story is so full of lies. Jesus didn't even celebrate his birthday. No Jews did that as it was a pagan custom.
