as i have been discharged from the u.s. army i spent a while at ripely while serving this dandy country. i was told one day to take one of the HMMWV's out on a suspension break in test. was givin a map and my handy compass also told to grab a battle buddy. and our next orders were to go to O.P.19 as a good solider i followed my commanders orders... O.P.19 is quite the haul letme tell ya. speed limit is 25 mph and of course like any other person on a long haul that far you learn to use the throttle lock as a cruise control, which you are not supposed to do.. with the ignorance of my b.b. we took a wrong turn. and once you leave cantonment its a fucking maze!
oh i wish i had a cell phone at the time!! this road had a huge hill and seemed to drop down in a valley.. after a few curves we reach a double razor wired fenced area with 6 huge mounds and huge sliding doors that a very large vehicle could easily drive under with LOTS of space. 4 of them were T shaped and the other two looked as if they would go under ground. a hill that got higher in elevation towards the doors. this place had 2 other concrete building, not ones made of cinder blocks like the barracks. they had what i would call cattle ramps a door on the front and i could not see the rear side. we saw the fenced area had numerous cameras watching the area and road. at this point my b.b. says i think we should turn around. as we got back on track we noticed that this road was not on the map or on any updated maps around base.. there is one rail road track that leads in to the east entrance of camp ripley heads west than stops at supply buildings. a great place to stage people in the beginning if you have been through camp you will see the water towers on the left while entering but one looks like it may be for natural gas. quite large... every one has there own theory but i have no idea wtf there plan is. funny that fema worked in duluth and i have seen fema personnel on base too... lol but what do i know? im just another brick in the wall

Haven't heard anything about incinerators, but of course incinerators could be built at any military facility without having them used for incinerating people.

Well here is the facts about 5 years ago a little birdie told me that they were getting deliveries of certain supplies that made no sense if you are producing a sim city which was told to the guy delivering the merchandise running water electric heat etc which if you follow the main road back along the river you will notice a group of buildings multi story complexes which is where the items were delivered and to the due east of there or the right on google earth you will notice a open square field well look closer there is double fencing there high razor wire and guard towers now in a training facilty what do they need those for hmmm
