So some boys at Yale realized that no one who really studied the Bible could believe in it. They realized that educated people kept pretending the Bible was real because Biblical religion kept the masses in line.

They decided to do exactly what the Bible said they must never do--for the reason anyone is attracted to the forbidden--for the reason toddlers answer everything with "no!"

They do not "worship" the evil owl. They don't believe in the Bible. They see it for the remnant of ancient religion that it is. Long ago some followers of the Canaanite war god Yahweh didn't want to lose cult members to the cult of the owl god Molech. There is no Yahweh. There is no Molech. Just churchy religion to keep us in line and a little ceremonial theater in a secret club to make some of them feel set apart and special and above us. Maybe a long time ago it was meant to keep men of religious conscience out of the seats of power.

Be concerned about FEMA camps and the militarization of the police. Don't worry about the spooky owl. Attend to reality. They are just men. They are not demons. They are not angels or gods. Just men.

The only reason they rule over you is that you want to be ruled over. Its why you believe in a Biblical God and in scary big owls.
