My son told me yesterday his friend in Wisconsin just had her car just catch on fire. It was supposedly an electrical fire for a new Lexus? Just burst into fire, melted everything under the hood, and blew out the front windshield! Really weird. Last Edited by abeliever on 11/12/2012 09:13 PM |

Quoting: G. House Usually happens because of electrical shorts. Shill alert. Or Moran Alert How can that happen to SIX vehicles that were PARKED AND NOT TURNED ON!!!! That just does not happen. Yeah, laugh it up. What's there like 60-80 million vehicles in the country, probably more, I have 3 myself. Out of that thousands of possibilities of what could happen. People leaving volatile chemicals in the car alone could account for some of them. Electrical faults, ever see what happens to a non-fused wire if it shorts out on a 45 amp battery. You can weld stuff with a car battery you know. SOME people have no imagination or wit at all. YOU seem to be one of them. Miami, Broward County, Palm Beach County. I've seen lots of car fires. And a couple just sitting in a parking lot. The majority of fires that firemen respond to are car/vehicle fires.
