Working out is all about Diet and persistance.

I hate watching these fat people come into the gym every day for two weeks and walk on the treadmill then just give up. Does anyone know how to learn any more or is that too complicated for the average government educated American?

Bodybuilders of your height rarely make it over 200 pounds.

205 pounds at 25% body fat is obese for a man.

205 pounds with under 10% body fat is pretty ripped.
