Quoting: trailingedge I'm a PT and have some 8's 12's 16's and 20's here at my home gym. pierre talks about his diet in the link he provided, basically he eats turkey about 5-7 times a day with veggies in different meals like sandwiches, stir frys, turkey pot pies, ect, he also eats fruit, nuts and vitamins. turkey is much leaner then chicken and more healthy, also, he is eating all of the turkey fat, which is probably the most nutritious part of the turkey, most people throw it out and you can imagine if he's buying organic raised turkeys how much better that is for you then concentration camp turkys, must be a incredible way to eat and live for someone on a budget, kettlebells are cheap and you never have to go to the gym or buy a gym membership, turkies are cheap and leftovers last up a week eating several turkey meals a day, and you save a ton of time by not having to cook 5 times a day, just grab a bun some turkey/gravy and out the door you go. |

BS. It takes like 7000-8000 calories to make a pound of muscle OVER normal dietary needs. You need 50-100% more calories if you are exercising heavily, so something like 4000 calories per day for a (small!) guy. No one eats the 12,000 calories per day needed for 20 lbs of muscle in a month. That's like 15 lbs of hamburger per day. Furious consumers of calories like 300 lb body builders struggle like hell to push 6000 a day. |
