So a complaint against someone else allows the FBI to look at the emails of anyone?

They don't need a judge court order for that?

A court order? Under King Obama? Anything that Obama wants, Obama gets! Who has needs of law, when they think that they are the law unto themselves?

If he was accessing his private email account on a government computer, is there an expectation of privacy when he was reading those emails?

No privacy for citizens let alone HIM!

The emails in question were not threatening in any way. There was no crime involved. The FBI agent that the woman went to was a friend of hers -- he himself was interested in having a relationship with her and the FBI has banned him from being involved in the case after they found he had sent topless photos to the woman.

If you or I went to them with the same emails -- they would have done nothing but tell you there was no crime.

I am not defending anyone in this case... he had an affair, it could have (and may prove to actaully have) compromised national security... he should have resigned.

The FBI should be monitoring the emails of any concubine of high level officers, particularly CIA, to be sure they aren't transmitting privileged info.
