Equifax, or at least Equifax's computers, don't give a crap what color your skin is. If you don't pay your bills, you get a low score. On the flip side of that coin, lenders also don't give a crap what color their borrowers are. If you've got the cash, and you pay your bills, you get a loan. Black people's money is the same color as white people's, and that's the only color that matters in this game. The homeownership part is much scarier, though. This is really just an extension of the Community Reinvestment Act that, along with Bush's program of expanding homeownership and Obama's community organizing programs that put pressure on lenders to lend to unqualified minority borrowers, brought on the subprime crisis and subsequent housing collapse. He's just trying to blow the bubble back up, and it will have disastrous consequences, only this time it will be the taxpayer who foots all the bill, not the foreign dupes who bought that garbage paper last time. Romney would of gone back to 2008 levels of Federal Employees, or 70 Billion/year savings - or 700 Billion over 10 years, then eliminated nObamacare, saving an extra 700 Billion from seniors and taxpayers expense - right there is 1.4 Trillion over 10 years. Then - 28% max tax rate with only $35,000 maximum deductions - capturing another 60 Billion/year, or 600 Billion over 10 years.. we are up to 2 Trillion with those 3 things alone. But no, instead we have a racist president who HAS FORCED REPARATIONS UPON US ALL for a select few minorities. Whats that called again? the 11%-ers? Whats that saying about revenge? What the investment banks do is hire them in noncritical positions, like secretaries and HR. Every secretary at one such bank was a black woman. Every single one, I cannot remember an exception. But there were no traders, analysts, quants, programmers etc. -- these positions are beyond their competence, and the bank is not going to try to fight nature. Somehow they get away with that. Maybe you could too. Obviously, it is very bad for your success to have to hire engineers of a particular race. |

Instead it's to force white upscale communities to build low income housing for minorities, so these minorities can move in on the cheap! |
