Israel will exact a heavy toll from the Palestinian terror organizations behind the rocket attacks on the south, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a visit to Ben-Gurion University in Beersheba.
Quoting: boku82 "Will" as in future tense. I guess we'll see. My guess - some high ranking (but not somebody like Hanyieh) Hamas or Islamic Jihad meets an untimely end. I just don't see a Cast Lead type operation.
