So, there's still a slight chance that the entire meeting did not even take place at all due to the lack of information/confirmation from people on site.

Meantime, I just found out that the "Republic of Italy" is NOT a democratic Republic founded on labour with its Sovereignty belonging to the people but rather a corporation registered at the U.S. Securities and Exchange commision SEC. Doing a company search on their site, you will encounter that "Italy Republic Of" is registered under number 52782 as "foreign government":
