I'm on the fence on this issue. I have a lot of friends and brother employed by the oil and natural gas industry and their lives and futures depend on it. I am also concerned about the cause for quakes and possible water contamination, so I'm not sure what to think about all of this. I just find it funny that one minute Obama talks about wanting to be energy independent, then after the election works on plans to shut more of them down. My one friend is being laid off on Friday.
