i heard it talked about in depth on like coast to coast am about 10 yrs ago, the high-end invisibility cloaks were already being researched by this dude, and they went straight to the military. Thats why you aint heard about it in 10 yrs,. I guarantee the military has it, and they have different resolutions depending on what distance it needs to be invisible from.
