you cannot DEPORT someone who is a citizen of a country

you can only DEPORT aliens, citizens of other countries within your borders

But who knows, perhaps the petition OP is an illegal alien, so "deportation" is the word he's most familiar with

I know it sounds like being a grammar nazi, but it's a funny thing, laws are like that...specific about wording

The correct term would be EXILE...a leader can move to EXILE a citizen, or strip him/her of their citizenship,
