Nope, don't have a lot of reading to catch up on. I'm telling you the things I'm hearing from some of the government officials, due to my job.

Bill Posey introduced legislation soon after being elected to Florida's 15th Congressional District in 2008 that would require presidential candidates to provide a copy of their birth certificates along with other documents that prove they can serve as president. That appeared to be in reaction to Internet rumors that President Barack Obama wasn't born in the United States. [ link to projects.wsj.com] Why did he introduce that legislation? Because there is no vetting process of the President.
