(1) A level 5 CME provoked by an X-18 explosion in the sun, that threatens to blind us and leave us in the dark. The last CME of this magnitude was in the early 90s.
(2) CMEs of this magnitude have a thing about interacting with the tectonic plates through weird resonance harmonics (infra- and ultrasound)and through gravitational/magnetic effects between the Sun and the Earth.
(3) If this level 5 is as bad as advertised and all of the Galaxy sats are down for 2-5 days and then back up for a few days, only to go down again into December... how do you think the industries affected are going to fare?
(4) Then there is the forecast (not yet available in the public domain for what they say is lack of overwhelming evidentiary stuff)for December and possible stuff magnitude 6, unheard of, but not impossible I suppose.

So if you were the Q of E and various high muckeemucks from Italy, France, the EU,South American emerging markets and far eastern domains - would you not send people to this Survival Summit? Obama? He'll probably send one of his trusted counselors. If I had to guess, I'd go with the Estes Park installation.

When is this 5 supposed to hit? I saw it on the
cme forecast site a couple days ago but nothing at
all on the solar wind prediction.

Only thing I can tell you is to do your due diligence...
