Traitors Obviously you haven't read the constitution. Article IV Sec 3 Para 1 and 2 permits peaceful secession. Article IV Sec 4 protects against violent secession. Amendment 10 Permits it as it is not explicitly defined in the Constitution that it is not permissible. Treason is explicitly spelled out in definition in Article III Sec 3 Para 1 |
