It should be required they inform the user of the invasion.

Emails and personal writings are covered by the papers and personal effects.Case Law has covered personal written documents. They need a warrant.If they can search this they can search anything without a warrant.

Somebody need to take this to court.

They have, then the Dept of Justice says it's about "National Security", and the judges just sign off and run for the hills...

Here's another little factiod, most of the information they are collecting is NOT collected by the Police or Feds, it's collected by private companies, the Police and Feds just ask for the info and the companies turn it right over...

SO even though there have been some wins for privacy in court, these rulings have to do with the police or feds actually collecting the info themselves...Not about them buying or asking for that info from a private company!!!

This is one of the main reasons why most of the people spying on you are private "Contractors" who are just mercenaries, and not really govt employee's...

Obama couldn't possibly be doing that....
