Perhaps you need more iodine for your thyroid gland.

I guess then you should try more organic food. Who knows all the effects of the GM foods. I am not stressed in the classic sense.....but apprehensive about the future. Probably many people on this website are. This will put your body into somewhat of a fight-flight mode. It can come on very gradually and quite often go unnoticed.
