You need to take Calcium / Magnesium supplements. That effects the Leptin regulating system which effects appetite.
Magnesium and Calcium deficiency creates a sense of needing to eat without being hungry.
They have to be taken together and in a certain ratio (2 parts calcium to 1 part magnesium)
Take this and in one week you will feel better! Take 1,000 mg calcium every day with magnesium.
