Nighttime Rainbow to the Northwest

Has anyone noticed that to the northwest tonight, the sort of white light colored rainbow in the sky?

It appears to be above a cloud, and as far as I can see there is no moon out tonight.

I am in a northern Ontario community in Canada, just curious if anyone else has seen anything. Post away...
