Well the Earth moves thru the solarsystem in 17 000 km/h and the solarsystem is going around the Milky Way in about 800 000 km/h im sure that will put some pressure on our atmosphere and create some blowing wind together with the earth spinning around its own axis the moon pulling the oceans and so on,Its not just one reason,its a whole system working together.
