Those meditations will take you years, its all about visualization with that you can awaken it in 30 mins, Id advise against it unless you work hard on yourself first, I was told the same advise and I didn't listen.

You could get the reiki fire initiation or drop acid.

ten years ago thete was far more information about this, as well as that PhD I mentioned who had done considetable research on using light & sound stimulation to awaken kundalini

the truest kundalini is a spontaneous one

in my kundalini. when it reached the crown, i then saw squares of light, millions of them and they were coming towards me at the speed of light, as if each square is a dimension and im cruising the the interuniverse space

for a split second there i FELT what it is to be ALL and and ONE in infinity.

and it felt quite good

fwiw, awakening your kundalini is one of the fastest way to get yourself some high level attention...

but don't let them stop you...it's just low level bullying by the usual unevolved sorts

I personally believe they are terrified what would happen if even 2% of the population reached even a fraction of their evolutionary potential

that's exactly why if you hear and feel the call to evolve, you pursue it

your awakened self is the most powerful force on earth

fear is the mind killer, and you definitely can't have fear if you are embarking on this journey

Kundalini is incredibly hard to live with, it offers many opportunities for quick and radical advancement, but with a price of needing to keep it in complete balance and control. It can hurt you beyond your wildest dreams....and will still be there in the morning when you wake...

So before you awaken the rollercoaster that can take you from this world, into the others you exist in, ...be aware it is not an easy ride.

Pranayama is orthodox and i recommend you stick with it, if u want a more advanced method i recommend Kriya yoga, as practiced at the Yoga ashram near my house, in fact maybe u can give me a ticket to your yoga studio and you can come to mine

Not a good thing. Kundalini is a demon. Chakras are doorways for spirits to posess you. Proceed at your own risk.
